Fit Friday

Currently, I’m sucking down coffee because I was up at 4:30 in the morning with two sick kiddos. And my sweet boy, Big C, is still running a fever and feeling all sorts of yucky which means hanging out, watching movies and just having quiet time. Except kids don’t like to sit still and he’s already asking when he can go play with friends. Sorry kid. Not today sweet boy. But try telling him that. He may be feeling awful but he still wants to get out and play. If only I could find a way to steal his energy from him…Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to find more coffee.

Monday-off

Tuesday-Tabata-Do each exercise 20 secs on/10 off

Set 1: Jump rope-front squats
Set 2: jump rope-dead lift row
Set 3: jump rope-alternating one arm kettle bell swings
Set 4: jump rope-plank
Set 5: jump rope-dead lift

Wednesday-Tabata

Set 1: High knees-Push-up to T
Set 2: Skaters-Weighted Squats
Set 3: Jump rope-Side lunge with tuck
Set 4: Burpees-Bridge arm press
Set 5: weighted butt kicks-weighted v-ups

Thursday-
Warm-up:Tabata:
Set 1: Front to back hops-side plank (alternate sides)
Set 2: Side to side hops-plank

Strength:

3-3-3-2-2
Dead lifts
Thrusters

Workout: AMRAP
10 Kettlebell swings
15 sit-ups
20 lunges (with weight if you can)

Friday-Yoga
