I mean…this girl is my hero. 100 lbs and 5 feet tall and she demolishes this course. Insane!

Monday-off

Tuesday-Yoga

Wednesday-Tabata-5 rounds of each exercise set 20 secs on/10 off

Set 1: Jump rope-hand release push-ups
Set 2: High Knees-weighted lunge with kick
Set 3: Jump rope-knees to elbows (In a plank position, put knee to elbow alternating legs)
Set 4: High knees-weighted squats
Set 5: Jump Rope-One-legged plank

Thursday-Crossfit

Strength

5-5-5-5-5
front squats

5-5-5-3-3
Thrusters

8 rounds of:

30 Double unders (or 60 singles)
20 Air squats
10 Dead lifts
5 Over the bar burps

Friday-Crossfit

Strength

3-3-3-2-2
Squat cleans

3-3-3-2-2
Overhead squats

21-15-9

Push Press
Pistol Squats
Dead Lift

    that’s a hell of a work out. America Ninja Warrior, a fave in our house, kids love it and by watching it they are encouraged to try new things at the neighborhood playgrounds. No broken bones…yet.
