Wednesday-Tabata-5 rounds of each exercise set 20 secs on/10 off
Set 1: Jump rope-hand release push-ups
Set 2: High Knees-weighted lunge with kick
Set 3: Jump rope-knees to elbows (In a plank position, put knee to elbow alternating legs)
Set 4: High knees-weighted squats
Set 5: Jump Rope-One-legged plank
8 rounds of:
30 Double unders (or 60 singles)
20 Air squats
10 Dead lifts
5 Over the bar burps
