Another Friday, another round of workouts!

Monday

 

Workout-Tabata-6 rounds of each set. 20 secs on/10 secs off

High knees/lawn mower pulls

Jump rope/thrusters

Skaters/plank

Run/goblet squats

Side to side hops/hand release push-ups

Tuesday

Workout-Tabata-6 rounds of each set. 20 secs on/10 secs off

 

Pulse jump squats/sumo squats

Front to back hops/mini v-ups

Jump rope/side lunge with knee tuck

Side to side hops/butterfly sit-ups

Jumping jacks/push-up to T

 

Wednesday

Warm-up-2 rounds

 

50 jump rope

10 (each side) arm press

10 Kettlebell swings

30 second plank

 

Workout-As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes (I did 16 rounds)

 

10 push-ups

10 sit-ups

10 squats

20 jump rope

Thursday-OFF

 

Friday-YOGA
